As a solo practitioner, I am dedicated to helping clients with estate planning documents such as wills, living wills, powers of attorney, and trusts. I also handle probate of estates, corporation formation, contracts, and real estate matters. I provide notary services and will make house calls if you are unable to travel.

Patricia M. Homa is an experienced attorney who has been practicing law for over 15 years. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the Antonin Scalia School of Law (formerly the George Mason School of Law) in 1983, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in 1980. She is licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina and in the District of Columbia.
Patricia was an FBI Special Agent, retiring in 2008 after 25 years of service, and has lived in Hampstead since 2001.
She is dedicated to providing personalized and effective legal representation to each of her clients.
